Mandise

Danasnji kolac stize od Natase sa bloga Moja slatka kuhinja, fini mekani kolacici sa puuuno cokolade.

Jedino sto sam promenila u odnosu na originalni recept je punjenje u sredini, zbog alergije na lesnik (kod degustatora) umesto Nutele ubacila sam kockicu kinder cokolade tako da je izostala ona fina cokoladna sredina koja se moze videti na Natasinim fotkama ali ni ovako nije bilo zamerki. Ipak, ne odustajem ni od originala, priprema sa omiljenim mi eurokremom tek sledi :)





















Mandise

Sastojci:
2 jaja
100 g secera
110 g maslaca
100 ml mleka
125 ml jogurta
250 g brasna
1/2 praska za pecivo
prstohvat soli
125 g cokoladnih kapljica ili seckane cokolade
12 kasicica Nutele (eurokrema ili drugog slicnog namaza) ili 12 kockica cokolade


Priprema:
Ako radite sa Nutelom ili drugim slicnim namazom sipajte po kasicicu Nutele u silikonski kalup za praline (fino ce posluziti i silikonski kalupi za led) i ostaviti 1 sat u zamrzivacu da se krem stegne. Mozete preskociti ovaj korak i kolacice filovati eurokremom direktno iz case, zamrzavanje se preporucuje zbog lakseg ubacivanja krema u kalupice.

Istopiti maslac na laganoj vatri ili u mikrotalasnoj i ostaviti da se prohladi. 

Mleko izmesati sa jogurtom, a brasno sa praskom za pecivo.

Ukljuciti rernu da se zagreje na 180 stepeni. Silikonske ili metalne kalupice za kosarice (muffins) podmazati sa malo maslaca ili ulja i sloziti na veci pleh.
Zicom za mucenje izmesati jaja, secer i prstohvat soli tek da se sastojci sjedine. Neprestano mesajuci dodati rashladjen maslac, a zatim mleko sa jogurtom i na kraju brasno sa praskom za pecivo. Mesati dok smesa ne postane glatka a zatim umesati cokoladne kapljice/seckanu cokoladu.

Sipati u svaki kalupic kasiku pripremljene smese, u sredinu staviti zaledjenu pralinu od Nutele odnosno kasicicu nezaledjenog krema ili kockicu cokolade (u zavisnosti za koju ste se varijantu odlucili) pa preko sipati jos jednu kasiku smese za biskvit.

Peci, u zagrejanoj rerni, 20 minuta. Ostaviti da se prohlade, izvaditi iz kalupa i posluziti odmah ili sacekati da se u potpunosti ohlade.



* Ovi kolacici, u verziji sa cokoladom, definitivno upadaju na moju listu brzinskih slatkisa... pripremljeni su dok je gosca ispijala kaficu, malo se prohladili i nakon rucka imali smo (neplanirani) desert. Odlicni su hladni ali mene su kupili upravo ti koje smo pojeli odmah posle rucka, tek blago rashladjeni a otopljena cokolada na sve strane :)

* Koristila sam obicne metalne kalupice za kosare i dobila dvadeset komada. Malo sam preterala sa punjenjem pa se smesa iz nekih kalupica razlila, sledeci put planiram da ih rasporedim u 21-22 kosarice.

* Cokoladne kapljice, u brzini pripreme, nisam bas najbolje izmesala pa sam imala "bogatije" i "siromasnije" kolacice ;)

  3. Radila sam mandise i pojednostavnila izradu tako što sam žličicom vadila hrpice nutelle na lim obložen papirom za pečenrje pa stavila u zamrzivač (nije mi se dalo prljati kalup za praline). Žao mi je što sam koristila sjeckanu čokoladu, jer s čoko kapljicama izgleda puno ljepše.
    Krasno su ti ispali i slažem se da su najukusniji dok su još topli.

    1. Neki dan sam videla na 24 kitchen da teglu Nutelle stave u frizider i zatim tako hladnu gurnu u keksice, znaci mogla bi i ta varijanta da prodje ako te mrzi da pravis pralinice :)
