Volim domaci hleb i peciva i u poslednje vreme cesto se iznenadim razlicitim nacinima pripreme koji su ponekad u teskoj suprotnosti od svega sto sam kao pocetnik naucila o aktiviranju kvasca. Ovo je jos jedna od interesantnih verzija kojoj nisam odolela...
Kubanski hleb
* I dalje sam na Milkicinom blogu... jos jedna ulaznica za FBI rukavice, blogersku igricu koju je pokrenula mamajac.
Sastojci:
oko 750 g brasna
40 g kvasca
1 kasika soli
2 kasike secera
100 ml mlake vode
400 ml vruce vode
Priprema:
Izmrviti kvasac, posuti secerom i preliti mlakom vodom. Izmesati da se kvasac istopi, ne treba ga ostavljati da se aktivira.
U plasticnoj ciniji izmesati 600 g brasna i so. Napraviti udubljenje u brasnu, sipati kvasac te ponovo kratko promesati. Naliti vrucu vodu i mutiti najjacom brzinom miksera 3 minuta a zatim mekano testo prebaciti na radnu povrsinu posutu sa 100 g brasna. Mesiti dok testo ne pokupi brasno, dodajuci ostatak brasna i po potrebi malo vise, testo treba da postane glatko i prestane da se lepi.
Staviti umeseno testo u nauljenu posudu, premazati ga uljem i odozgo, staviti u najlon kesu i ostaviti na toplom mestu da nadolazi 15 minuta.
Istresti testo na radnu povrsinu, podeliti u dve loptice te ih prebaciti na veliki pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje. Zaseci povrsinu svake kugle u X, premazati vodom i po zelji posuti susamom, makom...
Staviti hleb na sredinu hladne rerne, na dno staviti serpicu sa vrelom vodom a zatim ukljuciti rernu na 200 stepeni i peci veknice oko 50 minuta.
Još kad je svjež, tek iz pećnice, prefino :)
