Na jedan kraj premazane kore, uz sam rub, rasporediti desetinu pripremljenog mesa te saviti maleni rolat. Ostaviti ga sa strane. Na isti nacin urolati jos devet rolatica i slagati ih sa malim razmakom (kako se ne bi zalepili) na radnu povrsinu.
Poslednje dve kore staviti jednu na drugu na dno podmazanog, velikog, pleha. Gornju koru premazati smesom od jaja, ulja i brasna te na sredinu staviti 4 rolatica, jedan do drugoga. Malo ih premazati filom, a zatim na njih sloziti tri rolatica, ponovo namazati filom, redjati dva rolatica, malo fila i na vrh staviti jedan rolatic. Prebaciti krajeve kora preko oblikovane piramide malo pritisnuti da se sve lepo polepi te ceo rolat premazati ostatkom smese od jaja.
Peci rolat, u zagrejanoj rerni, oko 20 minuta ili dok povrsina ne porumeni.

* Rolat je inspirisan ovim receptom... pocetkom meseca pravila sam ga u originalu kao ulaznicu za igricu "Ajme, koliko nas je" medjutim meni i mojima je u tom izdanju bio suvise natopljen uljem i nije nam se svideo. Sama ideja mi je i dalje bila odlicna i kako volim pite sa mesom resila sam da ga malo izmenim... deo ulja zamenila sam jajima te dodala malo kukuruznog brasna da upije visak masnoce i ovaj put nismo imali primedbi :)
