Danas mi je trebalo neko jednostavno, brzo jelo i odluka je pala na Milkicin/Damirov martas :)
Damir za ovo jelo kaze sledece: "To je madjarsko seljacko jelo, a u nekim delovima Vojvodine zovu ga i pileci ajmokac. Moze da se pravi od bataka i karabataka, od junetine ali nekako je najlepsi od pileceg belog mesa."
Pileci martas
Sastojci:
1 pilece belo meso bez kostiju
1 veci luk
1 kasicica vegete
1 veza persunovog lista ili 2 kasike suvog
2 ravne kasike brasna
1/2 kasicice bibera
1 kasicica slatke aleve paprike
Priprema:
Na malo ulja izdinstati sitno iseckan luk. Dodati na kockice iseckano belo meso, vegetu i soli po ukusu. Zatim dodati persunov list i naliti vode da prekrije meso. Kuvati na laganoj vatri dok meso ne omeksa.
Brasno, biber i alevu papriku razmutiti sa otprilike pola decilitra vode, smesa treba da bude gustine kao smesa za palacinke. Sipati tecnost u kuvano jelo i pustiti da krcka jos desetak minuta, povremeno promesati.
Posluziti uz kuvanu palentu ili pirinac.
Verzija za stampu
* U odnosu na originalni recept smanjila sam kolicinu brasna i zacina
zbog male dece. Ako zelite ljutkastije i jace jelo skoknite do Damirove
(originalne) verzije :)

Dosta često jedem ovakva jela i zbilja su prefina, meni je to jedna od prvih asocijacija na domaći ručak :)
