Rolat od spanaca

Rolat sa spanacem bio je jedan od dva rolata koja sam posluzila uz Bozicno pecenje. Korica od spanaca, beli fil od krem sira, kuvanih belanaca i fete te sredina od kuvanih zumanaca i sunke... Jelenin recept koji je pre par meseci, u okviru blogerske igrice Kuvarijacije, izmenila i prezentovala Dunja

Rolat od spanaca

Sastojci za koru:
4 jaja
1 kasicica soli
5 kasika brasna
1 kasicica praska za pecivo
1,5 dl kisele pavlake
170 g skuvanog, iseckanog, ocedjenog spanaca (kod mene 200 g zamrznutog)

Fil I:
4 tvrdo kuvana zumanca
180 g stisnjene sunke
2(30 g) kasike maslaca
1 kasika senfa (po zelji)
so, biber

Fil II:
4 tvrdo kuvana belanca
1 kasika (15 g) maslaca
50 g feta sira
50 g krem sira
po potrebi soli


Priprema:
Ukljuciti rernu da se zagreje na 180 stepeni. Pleh velicine 35x25 cm obloziti papirom za pecenje.

Za koru izmiksati belanca u cvrst sneg, dodati so i jedno po jedno zumance, dobro umutiti. Dodati brasno izmesano sa praskom za pecivo i kiselu pavlaku pa izmesati da se sastojci povezu. Na kraju dodati iscedjen spanac, izmesati i sipati smesu u pripremljen pleh. Peci, u zagrejanoj rerni, oko 15-ak minuta.
Pecenu koru istresti na pokvasenu kuhinjsku krpu, odstraniti papir i urolati. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Staviti sve sastojke za prvi fil u secko i usitniti u kasatu smesu. Rasporediti dobijenu smesu na komad plasticne folije i oblikovati valjak duzine pecenog biskvita. Uviti valjcic u foliju i ostaviti u frizider da se stegne.

Za beli fil takodje ubaciti sve satojke u secko i usitniti u pire. Poklopiti krem tanjiricem i ostaviti u frizideru oko sat vremena ili do filovanja.

Odmotati koru, premazati je belim filom, na jedan kraj staviti ohladjeni valjak od zumanaca i sunke te urolati. Rolat uviti u aluminijumsku foliju i ostaviti u frizideru do sluzenja, kod mene je to bilo preko noci.

Verzija za stampu

* Jedina izmena u odnosu na Dunjin recept je prepolovljena kolicina belog fila jer je meni od cele kolicine ostalo vise od polovine istog.

  10. Mislim da cu iskoristiti ovaj recept za nesto slicno, sa paprikom, videcu da li ce uspeti...zapravo koru..

    These are community cards and they are dealt to the center of the table.

  23. Jedno pitanje: u receptu se ne pominje dodavanje spanaća u koru (mada u sastojcima stoji da je potrebno 200g zamrznutog spanaća). Kako se priprema taj zamrznuti spanać? Da li se samo odledi i ocedi ili ga je potrebno i propržiti?

  24. Hvala sto ste primetili :) Spanac se dodaje u smesu za biskvit, upravo sam ispravila u receptu.
    Ako koristite zamrznuti spanac samo ga ostavite da se odledi i zatim dobro iscedite od tecnosti, ja ga iscedim rukama i jos ostavim u cedilu dok spremam biskvit. Svezi spanac treba obariti, iseckati, iscediti a zatim dodati u smesu.
