Neki dan sam...Evo me ponovo sa novim iskustvima ;) <br />Neki dan sam ga radila sa novom vrstom pudinga i krema mi je bila mnogo meksa sto znaci da gustina fila zavisi od pudinga koji se upotrebljava. Mojima se ta meksa verzija mnogo vise dopala, a sama krema je u potpunosti "propala" u praznine koje su se, na kraju, nazirale na vrhu kolaca i bilo je mnogo jednostavnije naci presek sa rupicama.<br />Ovaj put biskvit sam radila sa braon secerom i svideo mi se vise nego ovaj sa belim secerom tako da cu tu izmenu zadrzati u buducnosti i sad dodati u receptu :)<br /><br />Sto se filovanja tice, krema se sipa na vruc biskvit. Kad ga izvadite iz rerne, izbockajte ga varjacom i odmah krenite sa pripremom fila. Ako ponovo odlučim raditi kol...Hvala na đodgovoru. <br />Ako ponovo odlučim raditi kolač, poradit ću na veličini rupa, a lim za pečenje morala bih smanjiti pomoću obruča od papira za pečenje, jer nemam manji lim.<br />Treba li biskvit biti potpuno hladan kad se krema ulijeva na njega? U receptu piše da kremu treba napraviti odmah (nakon bušenja rupa u vrućem biskvitu), i očito ju treba nalijati na biskvit dok je još tekuća, kako bi se dala nalijati u rupe. Busila sam vreo kolac (odmah po vadjenju iz rerne) i nisam narocito vodila racuna pa su ispale malo nepravilne, negde se biskvit odlomio vise a negde manje. Verziju sa jagodama sam busila debljom varjacom i trudila sam se da drska ostavi dublji i siri trag, mozete videti na slici koliko je fil dublje prodreo u biskvit sa jagodama nego u ovaj sa cokoladom.<br /><br />Kolac sa jagodama radjen je u plehu 28x25 cm, a sa cokoladom u plehu 35x25 cm. <br />Sto se kreme tice, ona jeste nesto meksa nego kod kolaca u koje se maslac dodaje u hladan fil ali ne bi trebalo da je pregnjecava, ja sam nafilovani kolac drzala na prohladnoj terasi i nije bilo problema, lepo se seklo i moglo se komotno jesti iz ruke. Ali ako je vama ostalo gnjecavo mozda je najbolje da malo smanjite mleko, kao sto ste rekli.<br /><br />Cokoladni kolac sam sekla u plehu i ni meni se na svim parcicima nisu jednako videle rupe, na poslednjoj slici npr. sam zasekla kolac na tanjiricu kako bi dosla do lepog preseka za sliku. <br />U verziji sa jagodama sam busila biskvit do samih ivica pleha a zatim sam nafilovani kolac (ohladjen) izvukla, zajedno sa papirom na kome se pekao, odvojila papir i onda pratila trag rupa i sekla direktno preko njih. Ja sam radila varijantu s čokoladom i rupe sam bušila drškom obične varječe (čak sma uzela najdeblju koju imam) i rupe su ispale - male, uske i sve jednako "pravilne/okrugle". <br /><br />U kojem limu ste pekli varijantu s jagodama? Ja sam upotrijebila najmanji lim koji imam, pa je ispalo da je i taj prevelik jer je biskvit (pre)tanak kao i u Vašoj čokoladnoj varijanti.<br /><br />I još nešto, kako rezati kolač da se vide rupe punjene kremom?
